AVB assures higher productivity at a lower cost than other machines of the Sacmi range for the production of bowls, because it is constructed with the same structure as the ALS – machine for casting items in 2 parts – appropriately modified and adapted for the higher complexity of the work cycle. AVB has all the special features of Sacmi machines: proportional hydraulics, maximum casting pressure 15 bar, possibility of vacuuming the moulds. Furthermore, it is possible to change the moulds without taking down the retainers. The number of moulds may vary according to the chosen plant layout and required productivity.  The length of the machine may also be chosen according to the maximum number of moulds one intends to install.
